According to WPO, peace is not just the absence of conflict, but the presence of compassion, understanding, and respect for one another.

"Every small act of kindness, every word of encouragement, and every step towards empathy builds a world where harmony can thrive," said WPO President, Dr. Bambang Herry Purnomo SH MH.

Dr. Haleema Yezdani from WPO India added that promoting peace and harmony is crucial in building a peaceful society. "We hope that this World Peace Day commemoration will inspire many people to promote peace and harmony in India and around the world," said Dr. Haleema.
